Each exhibit Booth Package includes:
- Booth
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- Identification sign
- 8’ high back drape and side rails in show colors
- Security when exhibits are closed
- Marketing
- Company name, link to company website, and a 50-word description on the TAGC mobile app
- Company name printed, URL, and a 50-word description in the Program Book (online PDF)
- Lead retrieval app
- Registration
- One full conference registration
- Two exhibit hall-only registrations (additional booth personnel $50 each)
- One guest pass
Note: Additional items such as carpeting, all furniture, lighting, internet service, cleaning, etc. are not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibitor.
Payment Terms
100 percent payment is required to rent an exhibit booth.
Payment can be made online through the GSA portal. Checks can be made payable in US Dollars to the Genetics Society of America, Suite 550, 6120 Executive Blvd, Rockville, MD 20852. Contact: mahoney@genetics-gsa.org for wire transfer payment.
Cancellation Policy
GSA agrees that an exhibitor may cancel or reduce the amount of space applied for on this agreement in writing up to and including October 16, 2023, and that if it does so, GSA will charge a cancellation processing fee equal to 50 percent of the full price of exhibitor’s booth space.
Any exhibitor who cancels or reduces their booth space after October 16, 2023, will forfeit 100 percent of the full price of the exhibitor’s booth space. Cancellation and reduction notices must be submitted in writing to gsaexhibits@genetics-gsa.org.
Terms and Conditions
All contract exhibitors must follow GSA’s Code of Conduct, rules, regulations, and policies. These can be found on the payment portal and on GSA’s website.
